REGARDING RUNING CONTRACT OF REPAIRING AND STRENGTHENING OF 33 KV, 11 KV AND LT LINES POLE DAMAGED DUE TOHEAVY STORM (Daiviya Aapda) IN THE AREA OF UNDER EDSD- II Sardhana dehat UNDER EDD-II, MEERUT, UNDER EDC-2, PALLAVPURAM. - Cartage of following material from store center Meerut to JE Store including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 40 Km. :– 2 A) PCC pole 8.5 mtr long./STP Pole 11 mtr. Long 3 Cartage of line material from store centre to dump site & then dump site to sire of work on day to day basis, including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 20 Km. 4 Cartage of following from dump site to site of work on day to day basis including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 20 Km :–A) PCC pole 8.5 mtr long./STP Pole 11 mtr. Long 5 Dismantling of damage PCC pole/DP of 33 kv line & HT/LT line after opening the bindings of damage poles. 6 Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 mtr long/STP pole 11 mtr. long after digging a pits of required size with fixing HT/LT line accessories complete. 7 Mounting of 25 to 100 KVA Transformer on DP as site 8 Replacement of damaged 11 kv cross arm along with pin insulator. 9 Replacement of damaged 11 kv disc insulator. 10 Laying lifting, sagging & binding properly of ACSR weasel conductor 33 kv/11 kv & HT/LT Lines. 11 Resagging of loos span of 11 kv lines after opening the bindings. 12 Resagging of loos span of LT lines after opening the bindings. 13 Cutting and chopping of tree branches of 11 & 33 KV line at different places. (5 tree in one Job) 14 Replacement of damaged 11 kv pin insulator with new. 15 Grouting of PCC/ST poles with Dust, Cement & Stone blast concreting as per norms. 16 Guarding of line with G.I. wire, 8 SWG and 10 SWGhaving 2 no horizontal wire & 3 Mtr. distance of laces of ten 8 SWG G.I wire after fixing the guard cross arm. 17 Fixing of stay set completed. 18 Providing & fixing of 11 kv :-(A) Holding clamps 19 (B) F clamps 20 (C) Pin clamps 21 (D) Stay clamps 22 Providing & fixing of LT pin insulator. 23 Providing & fixing of Off size Nut & Bolt. 24 Repairing of damaged Guarding of 11 KV line including laying, lifting, sagging and binding properly. 25 Straightening of tilted/bended pole. 26 Resagging of loos sagg of 33 KV line. 27 Tilted of support of 33 KV line. 28 Reconstruction of damage double pole after opening the bindings.
