    Bids Are Invited For Sadm Pcb - Specifications for SADM PCB SoW includes, component procurement as per Bill of Material, 50 Nos of PCB fabrication as per gerber files provided by 3D1. and assembly. 1. PCB material: R4, Hi-Tg 2. PCB grade: MIL-PRF-55110F 3. Panel Size: 60mm outer dia 4. No. of Layers: 4 5. Finished PCB Thickness: 1.6 mm with Green solder mask 6. Pb/Pb-free: Pb-free 7. Group A Certification for PCB: Required. 8. DVD comprising of Certificate of Conformance of PCB and COCs for all components, BBT Reports and Assembly reports, Group A test reports to be delivered. 9. While assembling the PCB, precaution for all electro static discharge and mechanical damage are to be taken and assembly shall be as per IP standards 10. Assembled PCBs are to be monitored for dry solders, pin shorting, component alignment/or entation etc. 11. Bare/Assembled PCBs are to be stored in anti-static material. 12. All the components mentioned in BoM shall be procured by the vendor. 13. The information is confidential and veador shall not disclose or duplicate the information. 14. The vendor shall give compliance to the specifications mentioned. 15. Acceptance criteria: Acceptance of the PCBs are subjected to performance of PCBs to the cold checks and functional checks which are to be done at BDL... However, tare minimum Cold checks to be performed at the venfor place. The procedure for the cold checks and Gerber files will be shared at the time of placement of the PO 16. Delivery of the item within 6 weeks fiom the date of PO. Total Quantity : 50
