The Juice Is Tapped From Screened Juice Pump Delivery Line And Provided With Valve, To Spray The Juice. In This Case, A Separate Pipe Header For Sanitizing The Screen With Either Hot Water (80 To 850 At 1 Bar Pressure From Imbibition Water System Or With Exhaust Steam (1250 C At 0.5 To 1.0 Bar Pressure) At Least Once In A Shift For A Period Of One To Two Minutes.
