| 4 | Maintenance of Korean/Dhoob grass lawns,hedges, flower pots on the western side, inside and in front of Guest House, inside andfront of medicalcentre, Eastern side of medical centre,near Children park, southern side and frontof Recreation club, pump house premises of total area of 3950 Sqm by daily watering, removal of weeds, supplying and application of insecticides, application of fertilizers,collection and disposal of dry leaves of trees / seeds etc., on lawns, flower beds and hedges,leveling / cutting / trimming of lawns / hedges whenever required etc., completeby engaging required Malies on dailybasis includinglabor charges,charges for tools & tackles/hose pipes/lawn moversetc., all completeas directed bythe Engineer. |
