In case the service is required beyond normal working Hour, per hour service charges shall be paid. The timing of operation will be 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or as directive from the AMNS personal. Scope of Work- Vendor: 1. Service provider shall arrange mobilization and De mobilization to <(>&<)> from site without any cost to AM/NS, Billing of the equipment service shall be started after starting the job at site. 2. Service Provide shall deploy adequately trained and experienced operator/personnel for ensuring smooth operation who should be in possession of Valid license. 3. Service Provider shall ensure that In-Out of the vehicle should be supported by valid Gate Pass issued by AM/NS, vehicle insurance, Driver License, and necessary legal documents. 4. All Tools Tackles shall be certified by competent authority and maintain the validity all the time. 5. The Vehicle Number plate, Lighting Systems including side blinkers, Proper locking arrangement shall be maintained without fail, the vehicle should have reverse horn, Number plate should be placed at the front and back side of the vehicle and should be visible. The registration number should be written with paint on both side of the cabin. Contractor name/Owner Name with Contact No should be written with paint on vehicle. 6. Senior Executive of Contractor (Service Provider) shall periodically visit site to observe performance of own personnel and hold review meetings with AM/NS Site In charge for improvement of the same. 7. All Consumables (Fuel, lubricating oil, Engine Oil, grease etc), Maintenance cost <(>&<)>PPEs will be in vendor’s scope. 8. Boarding and lodging of operator and mechanic (if required during maintenance or breakdown) to be arranged by service provider. 9. Service provider must maintain the logbook duly approved by AM/NS Engineer or site in charge on daily basis and same must be produced along with bill. 10. In case of Un availability of equipment /vehicle due to breakdown or operator 1.25 times deductions shall be made in case such Un availability exceeds cumulative 20 Hrs in a calendar month on hour basis. 11. The service provider shall carry out the preventive maintenance beyond normal working hours or as per the schedule pre- agreed with the employer. 12. Service provider must take the permission in writing from AM/NS before taking the equipment outside of AM/NS. 13. AM/NS can terminate the services of the vehicle/equipment within 10 days of the notice to service provider on account on poor performance. 14. Any other Job, which falls in the general purview of contractor’s scope of work shall be carried out by the contractor at the Instruction of Site In charge at no extra cost. 15.
