Execution of term contract works ordered by various work orders through requisitions placed on (IAFW-1833) with limitation of amount as per terms and conditions of IAFW-2249 forming part of contract including errata 1 to 20 and amendments 1 to 49 all as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part II - 2020 [ Rates] including Preambles and Standard Schedule of Rates Part I-2009 [specification] including errata 1 to 3 for SSR Part-I, 2009and SSR Part- II, 2020 including amendment No 1 to 122 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge/ GE.Notes :-(i) Entries (Figures/ works) under column 6 is the estimated cost of work. This format is being used to accommodate quoting of Term Contract.(ii) Numerical figure of percentage quoted shall only be given cognizance for acceptance in terms of contract condition.(iii)Estimated amount shown in NIT and in column 6 is fixed and inclusive of SSR amount enhanced by contractor\"s quoted percentage. (iv) Sch of Credit has been given in tender documents.
