Name of Work: M/o completed scheme under North Zone.SUB HEAD :- Cleaning, Sweeping & Cutting of grass of Various vacant land at different locaiton of Pitampura.

1Cleaning & Sweeping of vacant landand removal rubbish upto a distanceof 50m outside the peripheryof the cleaned area i/c T & P like Brooms etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.( Periodic cleaning per month for one year)
2Hiring , Providing and running charges of Hydrulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel (JCB/Hitachi/pock lane etc. as per site condition) for excavation (all types of soil), excavation under water, jungle cleaning, surface excavation, levelling/ dressing etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid) (One day means 8 hours of duty)
3Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 moutside the periphery of the area cleared. (Periodic cutting of grass two times in one year)
4Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
