Providingand fixing 14 Seater Conference Table having size of 3050x3725mm mingle concept closed layout with the following broad specifications:1. 14 Seater Conference Table: Work Topmade upof 36mm thick MDF board with prelamination one side conforming to IS14587: 1998 with 0.4mm PVC membrane pressed on to top and having chamfered edge. Full length access panel is provided with soft closing hinges inline with worktop edge. The understructure consist of mixture of 18mm and 25mm Thick Pre-laminated twin board of E1-P2 grade and approved shade conforming to IS-12823:1990, Edge banded with matching 2 mm thick PVC lipping. Aluminium alloy 63400 - WP profile is used for connecting panels together.Modesty Made of 18mm Thick Pre-laminated twin board of E1-P2 grade and approved shade conforming to IS-12823:1990, Edge banded with matching 2 mm thick PVC lipping.

2. Wire Management :An array of panels made of 0.8mm and 1.2 mm CRCA MS IS:513, epoxy polyester powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns). Cutout for Standard Anchor Roma 4 module. Straight two seater and single seater modules below access flap per seat.3. AV Details: The table is equipped with Extron cables cubbies along with cable retractors as standard offering only for 1800mm head module, 2350mm head module, 150° head module and 165° head module. For straight two seater and single seater modules, provision to mount AV cables is provided (eg. HDMI,VGAA, etc). Only Corner 90°, 30° corner and 50° corner modules have provision for wire flow between adjacent tables. Additional Wirecover made of 0.8mm Thick CRCA, provided below worktop to conceal Microphone wires running from table top to wire tray.Arrangment of conference table shall be as per architectural drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of all materials specified above including labour charges for fixing at site. The rate shall be quoted for the conference table having broad specifications as listed above and as per the manufacturer\"s specifications conforming to the make ofGodrej Elegance of Godrej make/ or equivalent model in HNI/ STEEL CASEor of equivalent reputed makeasapproved by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position60mm thick double skinned tile based modular work stationof approved shade and colour. Core section/main frameof workstation shall consist of powder coated aluminium sections .All the frames shall be fitted with leveling bolts and top & ends fixed withminimum 1 mm thick aluminum trimsand all other connectors/connections as per manufacturers specifications. The following are the broad specifications of the work station. a) Table top: It shall be made out of factory made 25mm thick prelaminated particle board with lamination of minimum 0.50mm thick on both sides withmatching 2mm PVC edge bindingand shall be provided withGrommet of required size for cable entry at specified location with ABS cover as per manufacturer\"s specification.Below the table top, minimum 6mm thick MDF laminated tiles(both for External tile &Internal tile)with 0.50mm thick lamination both sides of approved color and shade. Above Table top, fabric tiles made of minimum 6mm thick MDF covered with fabric(for bothexternal tiles&Internal tiles except in special tiles portion ). Special tiles consisting One fabric magnetic tile of size 600mmX450mm(approx.)made of minimum 0.8 mm thick GI sheet covered with fabric and one Glass marker tile of size 600mmX450mm(approx.)made out of 4mm thick back painted toughned glass at suitable locations as directed by Engineer in charge.The table top will be at 750mm height from floor level. Height of work station will be 450mm above table top.

b) Wire management : The double skin partition shall have integrated \"CLIP ON\" race-way/ways. The arrangement shall ensure the separation of power and networking cables etc. One metal raceway tile to mount switches below the table top level for power and and another skirting tile for data. c)one mobile drawer :Minimum 400mm (W)xMinimum 450mm(D) x Minimum 600mm (H) consisting of 2 No\"s sliding Drawers and 1 No. File Drawermade of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Drawers bottom panel with 6mm thick prelaminated particle board) and provided with suitable lock for top drawerwith castors& Finger groove handles as per manuctureres specifications .d)Metal/ABSkey board tray with mouse pad and MS powder coated CPU trolley: shall be as per manufacturers specifications.Average Rate shall be quoted for one workstation keeping in view the approved layout of the workstation arrangement.The rate shall be quoted for the work stations having broad specifications as listed above and as per the manufacturer\"s specifications conforming toFeatherlite make/ Godrej make/BP ERGO/Steel case /HGNI or any reputed make.i) Work station of size 1200mm length X 600 mm depthX 1200 mm heightfor the arrangment having 6 nos linear sharing work stations in a row with back to back arrangement(3+3) with 60 mm thick intermediate side vertical partitions/supports ( Each work station of 1.20m size is measured for payment )
