Delivery Will Be Made On Number Basis By Counting Numbers Of Wires & Inserts. Breaking Of Sleeper At Railway Premises Is Allowed. Breaking Of Sleeper Will Be Made During Dry Season Only. Delivery Will Be Made During All Season. New Psc Sleepers - Normal Sleepers/T/Out Sleeper And Other P-Way Loose Materials Are Lying At Some Locations. As Such, Care Should Be Taken That Same Is Not Delivered. The Quantity May Be More Than The Proposed At The Location Due To Day To Day Maintenance Work By Sse/P-Way/Vsd. The Stockholder Is Responsible For Any Alteration, Addition Or Deletion In The Lot After Joint Inspection. The Purchaser Must See The Locations Before Bidding. For Taking The Delivery, All Released Steel Wires And Inserts Should Be Collected At The Locations To Be Advised By Sse/P-Way/Vsd At The Time Of Handing Over. After Breaking The Sleepers, Debris Should Be Cleared By The Purchaser And Thereafter The Delivery Of Released Steel Wires And Inserts Will Be Given. Lot Is Ok For Sale On The Above Observation.
