Tender For Honeywll Plc For Amc//Pr-2000153710 2000153710 10 10 10 AMC OF DCS 1 LO Email : [email protected] Contact : Name : Sureswar Dalai Item Details : Scope:- 1.Vendor has to provide support for all Honeywell make DCS,SCADA and PLC hardware at Slurry Pump House and Benificiation plant,Dabuna 2.Preventive maintenance per Quarter(2 days). 3.Break down maintenance (8 days). 4.Vendor should update the Antivirus in system. 5.Vendor should provide qualified Honeywell engineer for each preventive visit. 6.For Any breakdown issue, Vendor should reach the site within 24 hours and vendor should respond immediately over phone. 7.Vendor must solve any issue(non-breakdown) within one month. 8.Any kind of commsioning support also to be provided 9.Any existing breakdown or technical glitchs are also to be adressed
