Control Gear compartment consisting of Astronomical street light control system useful for energy saving of Street Lighting load, Astronomical timer of GIC/L&T make to drive ON & OFF Switching of Street Lighting System as per daily Sunrise & Sunset or Twilight Rise and Set or manual override system, MCBs having breaking capacity 10KA 240 volts 8 numbers of 16 to 40 Amps of Schneider / Siemens/L&T, Bus bar Aluminium 50mmX5mmX 4 nos with necessary arrangement for termination of cables and wires, AC3 Duty contactors two nos 40Amp 3 pole 415 volt with coil voltage 230V AC Schneider / Siemens/L&T. Supply installation of all control wiring in copper PVC FR cable/wires in 1.5/2.5/4 sq.mm as directed for power & control circuits.Termination of minimum 4 numbers of provided grid cables 25/16/10 sq.mm by 4 core with required cable gland, lugs etc. Street light control panel must comprise minimum with IP65 enclosure made with a housing frame, Double door with both side locking arrangements, Indicating led lams R, Y,B 230V, with Danger Plate (SKULL), embossing on plate / paint naming KCB with panel number, stand frame with necessary CC work, earthing (two nos) as per IE rule, excavation any type of soil, removal/refilling of excavated material and as per direction and specifications prefixed by authority and complete in an approved manner.Make of Switchgears- Schneider / Siemens / L&T, Havells etc. Panel- CPRI & MSEDCL Approved.
