| 3 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrogation as approved by Engineer In-charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240MPa Steel grade, 5-7 micron epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and the polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheets shoud have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer In-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Also including inserting the sheets into the side wall grooves and packing it using Cement Mortar 1:4 including the cost of all materials and labour. |

| 5 | Providing and Fixing 1.2mm Pre-Painted / Powder Coated Galvanized iron gutters of required shape, with gutters joint end to end using lap joints not less than 100mm. Weatherproof silicon sealant to be provided in-between the lap joints covering not less than 70% of the lap area and both lap ends will be either rivetted with spacing not less than 100mm or properly welded. If welded, the welding portion to be painted by epoxy paint to prevent corrosion of the welded portion. Gutters to be supported using the MS Flats (painted with red-oxide and 2 coats of enamel paint) and fixed to the support using self tapping screws. Girth Varying form 600-1200mm.
