tender for Miscellaneous Maintenance Work Of 80 Mld Stp Deenapur Repairing Of Boundary Wall, Staff Quarter Cleaning Of Dry Bed, Etc, 1 Cement concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 3:1.5:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 2 R.C.C. work with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 0.50 mm thick binding wire (to be supplied by the contractor)including necessary centering and shuttering, supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work (when not included in over all rates), wrought to required shape, as necessary including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel and wastage. 4 1st class brick-work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 Same as itemsabove but for for walls up to half brick thick or brick work in super structure 6 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion (1:3) cement & coarse sand over brick-work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 Struck cement pointing in cement mortar (1:2) with colouring materials to match with the brick work colour, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 25mm thick 1:2:4 P.C.C. floor with cement, coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone ballast with base concrete (75mm thick) 1:4:8 cement, local sand & brick ballast 40mm gauge. 9 Same as above item when floors are polished. 10 paintingwork in large area with one coat priming & one coat paint or varnish. 11 Same as abovebut for every coat after first coat. 12 removing paint or varnishing with paint remover or caustic soda. 13 Dismantling cement concrete or bricks orfloors . 14 Dismantling of existing plaster . 15 Supply & fix 100mm dia. A.C./PVC down pipes complete with rose, heads, bends & gratings with M.S. clamp 25x3mm fixed to walls & supply of 150mm long, 6mm dia. nails, repairs of plaster, painting etc. complete. 16 Repairing ofBituminousroadincludding supply of all labour, materials etc complete. 17 Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechancial means as per Technical specification clause 502. 18 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulasion districutor at the rate of 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with prime & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. 19 Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour. Using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previouly prepaes surface paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired complation. 20 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter, transported the hot mix to site, laying with hydrostatic pover finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification claused No 508 complete in all respect. 21 Repairing of C.C. Interlockingroadincludding supply of all labour, materials etc complete. 22 Providing ,laying , and compacting GSB includding supply of all labour material T&P etc completed. 23 Removal of boulder manually from Trickling filter and stacking of same at location 24 Cleaning of boulders manually by brushing or any other method and disposal of rubbish 25 Cleaning of unit including removal of solid waste brushing of wall by wire brush and disposal of same 26 Taking out C.C. slab from unit due care and saftey so as to avoid damage, stacking of intact pattia and disposal of damage slab 27 Cleaning of under drainincluding removal of rubish and brushing with wire brush for removal of alkal grouth 28 Casting at site C C slab size specification as per orginal slab curing etc . 29 Placing of CC slab (both orginal and casted at site) over under drain. 30 Backfilling of boulders manually and uniformaly in Trickling filter. 31 Providing operator for operation of sludge drying bed and doing all related work as per direction of engineer in-charge 32 Providing sweeper/helper for essential work (opening chamber ,sluice valve and all related work)sludge drying bed areaas per direction of engineer in-charge 33 Supply & fixing of aluminium door of toilet & bathroom (staff Quarter) 34 Glass work for windows 4.5 mm thickness or0.55 kg/m2 35 Supply & fixing of water proof ply door (Staff Quarter) 36 Cleaning of silt and sludge in chamber up to 300 mm dia pipe line(overflow of digester to filter pump house and sludge drying bed to filter pump house of80 MLD STP)with the help of Jetting and manual labours through rope and bucket and disposal of taken out silt/sludge from the site at suitable dumping place up to 5 km including all labours T&P complete. 37 Repairing joint of 1600 mm dia pipe in night time duration 12 AM to 6 AM includding supply of all specail, jointing material, testing after repairing of joint ,Hire charge of excavater ,Hirecharge of D.G., pumping,makingwall,providing all sefty (hand gloves, gum boot, blower ,mask), and also includding all labour ,plumber /fitter,masson and T&P as per direction of E/I. 38 Repairing of leakage 200 mm dia C.I. pipe sludge drying bed area. 39 Repairing of leakage 110 mm dia PVC pipe of water supply in campus area 40 Repairing of sluice valve sludge drying bed area and water supply line in STP campus. 41 Plumbering work of water supply includding supply of CPVC pipe, ball valve ,brass tea,fitting material ,union, tap and also includding supply of all labour material T&P etc complete. 42 Clearing jungle including uproooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood tress and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 43 Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. 44 Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth 45 Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth 46 Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, build up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required formincluding drilling holes, revetting or welding, where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.
