| 1 | Notes:-1. The scope of subject work is to repair and rectify all day to day complaints/ misc maintainence works in scattered ORA area. The sites will be made availabe to the contractor as per the complaints received/ repair works required during the currency of work, hence sites will be handed over according to complaints received/ repair works required.2.The contractor is required to attend all the complaints despite of number of complaints given on each day for the entire duration of contract, Contractor or his authorised person is required to collect the day to day complaints from MES complaint cell and submit the same to MES after completion of the complaints duly signed by user, the rates quoted will be inclusive of all conveyance required for collecting complaints and all works specified in schedule.3. All critical complaints related to water supply and complaints which posses safety hazards to occupants has to be rectified within 24 hours of receipt of complaints, in case the complaints are not rectified within due time contractor shall submit in writing to Engr in Charge with valid reasons/justifications for the delay in rectifying such critical complaints within 02 days, otherwise a recovery of Rs 500 per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor.4. All U/S items/debris etc shall be disposed off outside INA area, contractor shall arrage suitable dumping yard/area at his own cost and no extra payement shall be made for the same. Recovery of Rs.5000/Per load will be made if debris/u/s items are found dumped inside INA area.5. The contracts involving working at elevated locations of buildings, contractor should ensure proper safety arrangements as per norms. Wearing safety belts and helmets are mandatory. A penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor if safety norms are not followed. |
