Removing stone slab flooring very safely laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cementconcrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Supply of Shahabad stone slabs for flooring, the stone slab should be of desired quality, hard, dense, homogeneous and free from any cracks, decay, weathering, etc. It could be either hand or machine cut for the required thickness of 20 to 25mm thick. Note: The contractor shall get the slab sample approved by the Engineer-In-Charge before commencement of the work.

Laying Shahabad stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) and all complete all per the direction of Engineer In-Charge. Note: Old Shahabad stone shall be given by the department free of cost. If there is stone would be shortage, supplied stone of Item No:5 should be used.
