Charges for overhauling of 80 NB/100 NB ball valves in OLTC pipe lines from suction to discharge & ball collection tank inlet & outlet valves repair and reconditioning. work involves removing of valves from pipe lines, completely dismantling of valves, cleaning, inspection, renewing/rectification the damaged spares, reassembling, pressure testing, renewal of rubber gasket with bolts & nuts, refixing the valves in the original position and painting. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Charges for MS patch welding in ACW Suction and Discharge Pipelines by cutting the worn out area edge preparations, positioning and welding.

Charges for cleaning of OLTC pipe lines from condenser inlet to outlet pipe, dismantling in pipe line, inspection, mechanical cleaning/chemical cleaning, renewal of rubber gasket and bolts & nuts, refixing the pipe lines in original position and painting. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
