Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (sand, brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 24 Ordinary Earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500 mm long as per RESPO schedule. All material except Earthing rod shall be supplied by the contractor. 25 Complete jumping with help of GI pipe as per RESPO norms GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 26 Laying of 11KV 3x185/3x120/3x70 sq mm XLPE single cable by digging of trench of size 500 mm wide 900 mm after laying of cable boxing with brick, local sand and stone slab. 27 Installation of 11 KV CT/PT double metering unit of constructed double pole structure as per RESPO norms. Only 11 KV CT/PT unit shall be supplied by department 28 Fixing & commissioning of 11 KV pilfer Resistance meter (25/5Amp.)All material except pilfer Resistance metering cubical shall be supplied by the contractor. 29 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m on a padding 0.25M deep in ground 1:5:10 cement sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr height & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level up to 15 centimeter below from the top of wall, Cement, sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter. Two no. of channel 100x50 in length 1500mm will be grouded.0.35 CM.RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4.The T/Fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand. (All the material to be arranged by the contractor.) 30 Placement of 11/0.4 kv t/f from dump Place NewlyConstructed T/f Plinth& Installation commissioning of 63/100 kva t/fs of t/f plinth and including jumping with the system ( All the required martial for above work shall be provided by contractor except t/fs). 31 Placement of 11/0.4 kv t/fs with the help of crane sleepers and man power etc. from dump place to newly constructed t/fs plinth & erection & commissioning of 250/400 kva t/fs of plinth and including jumping with the system ( All the required martial for above work shall be provided by contractor except t/fs) 32 Fabrication erection and commissioning of 25/16/10 KVA T/F on double/single pole with all accessories. All material except 25/16/10 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor. 33 Chemical Earthing of T/F 25/63/100/250/400 Complete work 34 Fixing of TPMO Set 11 kv Line All Material Supply by the Contractor 35 Fixing of 11 kv fuse set 36 Stringing & sagging of three phase 11 kv line on ACSR Weasel/ Rabbit conductor as per RESPO Norms 37 Looping & chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT line after clearance of line through out pieces of tree branches of site (Approx 3 Km).
