M & L Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushers for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 05 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidate thickness with 5.5.% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and OPC-43 grade using as filter material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i)Bituminous concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver finisher .(ii) Filler for bituminous concrete shall be OPC-43 grade @2% of total mix.(iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any negative variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.53.00 per Kg of binder used.However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said item.(iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by GE.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted torequired gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm orless) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, laid & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable sizeas per manufactures instructions completea all as specifiedand directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as permanufactures instructions etc. completea all as specifiedand directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm widestrips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all asspecified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type -C2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick in floors/pvaings (for Both Sides of Road) complete all as specified and directed.
