Sub Head III Miscellaneous items Providing and fixing 40 mm dia. nominal bore FRLS HMS High Mechanical Stress CPVC pipe from outlet socket of HPAC unit complete with CPVC fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as required.

Supply Installation testing and commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for PAC system complete with fittings with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports jointing/brazing including accessories insulated with XPLE Class O tubular insulation/with Class O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines all accessories as per specifications complete as required The item shall be measured from outside connection of indoor unit to outside of condensor unit. a. 19 mm dia. Supplying and laying of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated armoured and sheathed copper conductor cables confirming to IS 1554 Part I 1964 of 2 X 2.5 sq. mm size including providing and making cable termination by crimping joints as required for interconnecting between the outdoor and indoor units as required at site. Suitable clamping arrangement shall be provided for cables to be fixed on walls/Cable trays/racks where necessary. Suitable cable glands shall also be provided for all cable terminations.

Sub HeadIV MAINTENANCE ITEMSComprehensive maintenance of 7 TR HPAC PKG, units which include routine preventive & breakdown maintenance for a period of one year i/c supply of refrigerant gas and other consumables, repair/ replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warranty/ guarantee of repaired/ replaced items after completion of one year of guarantee period.
