    Tender For Complete Overhauling Of 1No. 260Kw High Pressure Water Pump Motor-2(Vertical) At Ahp Stage-2.; 1 Dismantling 260KW HPWP motor Removing the fan ratchet plate, cooler tube chamber, top bearing assembly with sleeve etc., pulling of the stator removing the coupling flange and drive end bearing, checking and changing of bearing. Painting with first class enamel paint, after completion of overhauling work then reassembling the motor and transporting to its original bed termination of power cables and allied works complete etc and trial run for 260KW Motor. Including Consumables, Bearings and T&P charges. 2 Labour charges for machining of fixed Rachlet plate to suit the bearing size of guide bearing and thrust bearing. 3 Labour charges for machining the movable Rachlet plate-and new key way cutting to suit the motor shaft. 4 Spherical Tapper Roller Thrust Bearing No.29426E (Steel Cage). 5 Ball Bearing No.6028C3 ZZ (Brass Cage). 6 Cylinndrical Roller Bearing No.NU.324 C3 (Steel Cage).
