Palinthing of fencing/support with all material as per specification/drawing complete in all respect. 5 Construction of Damaged part of masonry transformer Plinth of size as per required at site to maintain the height of 1.5M with brick cement coarse sand and brick ballast, filling of sand in the hallow space. Angle From of size 35x35x6 mm, 3 Long properly welding on 3 circle with pole than Grouting and Plinthing 300 mm Above level with cement concrete and sand and bricks ballast, (All material, labour and T&P will be provided by the Contractor) 7 Construction of masonry type transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M with brick, Cement, coarse sand , sand & brick ballast, filling of sand in the hallow space plastering outer surface in ratio 1:4;6 top of the plinth 4 thickness grouting of 2 nos. MS Channel of size 100x50x2000mm on the top of the plinth for placement of transformer (All the Material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) 8 Chemical Earthing system with outer pipe diameter 50mm, inner Strip 40x6, length 3000 mm. galvanization up to 200 micro, earthing pipe with crystalline conductive mixture filled inside the pipe with anti-corrosion & high conductive along with 50 Kg(As per required) of BFC which should be capable to reducing the soil resistively with good moisture retaining capacity.(Specification of chemical earthing and drawing is hereby enclosed). (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 14 Re sagging of L.T/H.T. line along with spare parts for various spans 15 Disconnection and reconnection of consumer service Cable. 16 Installation of D.O. arrangement including mounting of clamps with nuts & bolt, 11 KV Pin insulator with pin (All material will be provided by the contractor) 17 Cutting & Chopping tree branches for clearence of HT Line 18 Proper dressing of LT and 11 KV cable of 11/0.4 S/S withfixing accessories 19 Cleaning of 11/0.4 KV S/s removed of garbage dump and stacking it out side the fencing area 20 Checking of oil in Transformer 21 Replacement Of LT Cable lead wherever (Required Material provided by Deppt.) 22 Removing of oil leakage in Transformer 23 Replacement of burnet jumpers of LT Line. 24 Replacement of burnt jumpers of HT Line. 25 Cleaning of switch yard of 33/11 KV Line 26 Replacement of Disc insulator & insulator in 11 KV Line 27 Cleaning of 33/11 KV Substation 28 Attending Breakdown of 33 Kv Line (By opening & Closing of cable at deferent exposures.) 29 Attending Breakdown of 11 Kv Feeder (By opening & Closing of cable at different exposures.) 30 Providing and fixing of guarding angle on existing 11 KV support with clamp nut bolts. 31 Cradle guarding of HT Line by GI span wire.
