Monthly cleaning and cutting of grass, bushes, sarkandas etc from side of berms of the drains using weedicides, labours and machinery as per requirement of site and disposal of the same within a distance of 4 KM to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Weekly sweeping/cleaning of road surfaces inside plant main roads, CHP roads, Switchyard road, Peripheral road etc including disposal of muck within a distance of 2 KM to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Monthly sweeping/cleaning of road surfaces inside plant -Peripheral roads, raw water reservoir roads etc. including disposal of muck within a distance of 2 KM to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge.

Monthly sweeping/cleaning of walkway inside cooling tower and around out side cooling tower and drains out side cooling tower to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge including disposal of muck/garbage within a istance of 2 KM

Daily sweeping/cleaning ofroad surfaces inside plan and around administrative building including disposal of muck within a distance of 2 Km to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge.

Monthly Desiltation/ Cleaning of covered and uncovered surface drains inside plant of various sizes, depths along road sides with the help of JCB including removing the covers and placing the covers over drains after cleaning and disposal of removed silt/muck within 4 Km lead to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge.

Monthly Desiltation/ Cleaning of uncovered surface drains inside plant of various sizes, depths along road sides including disposal of removed silt/muck within4 Kmlead to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge.

Monthly Desiltation/ Cleaning of covered surface drains inside plant of various sizes, depths along road sides including removing the covers and placing the covers over drains after cleaning and disposal of removed silt/muck within 4 Km lead to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge.

Desiltation/ Cleaning of surface drains, peripheral drains filled with silt/ash due to sudden mishap/bursting of ash pipe or any other reason i.e disposal within 4 Km lead to the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge.
