    Tender Details

    Tender For Repair/Servicing Of Chiller Pump Installed In The Basement Of Chandigarh Judicial Academy Complete Repair/Servicing of Chiller of 50 HP Motor (Motor Detail Make- ABB, Volt. 415 + - 10%, Hz 50, K.w. 37, R.P.M.-1470 IP 55, duty S1) each. Work includes - replacement of Mechanical seal -02 nos. ( as per pump requirement original ), Bearing (Make- SKF/FAG/Tata) of Pump – 02 nos., Bearing of motor (SKF/FAG/Tata) 02 nos., Grease use – SKF or Servo plex LC 3, Nozzle for greasing of pump & motor bearing – 04 nos., Neck Ring -02 nos., Shaft Sleeve 02 nos., Pump Gasket Kit 1 no., Coupling set including tyre if required , nut bolts, keys & coupling internal heavy duty body plates etc. 1 no., (TC16 unimac or equivalent TC 16) including machining of impeller & shaft, mechanical work etc as per site requirement. Complete in all respect including alignment, all type nut bolts required at the time of repair, chiller line pressure blocking plates as per chiller line size if required and making pump in running condition to entire satisfaction of EIC/Academy (other parts make as per pump make Max flow). Chillers pump specification as under : Make- Max flow, Centrifugal pump, R.P.M.- 1450, L.P.M.- 4542.50, H.P.- 50, Mtr.- 30.48), The bearing of motor and pump should be replaced in front of representative/technical staff of this office and the bearings to be installed should be sealed packed and seal should be opened in the presence of CJA official. Replacement of bearing & mechanical seal openable cover plate (if required). Minimum Six months warranty period after repair/servicing of pump including motor & complete work
