Marking of defective tubes identified, during tube thickness survey / visual inspection, transportation of materials and gas, cutting of defective portion of tubes, edge preparation, welding of new spool piece with IBR welder and assisting for hydraulic test.Charges inclusive of consumables, argon gas and T&P\"s.

Erosion filling:This work involves filling up of eroded portion of tubes by arc welding with IBR welder up to 100 mm length. It involves, cleaning the surface of the eroded tubes and filling with IBR welder. Charges inclusive of T&P’s and Consumables such as grinding wheels, emerysheets, gada cloth etc.,

FIN/SEAL WELDING BY IBR WELDERFabrication, grinding, welding with arrangement of scaffolding for welding of fin / seal plates in the boiler inter pass steam cooled wall and other areas of boiler to arrest the ash leakage/air ingression wherever required. Charges inclusive of cost of T&P’S and consumables(fin welding to be done by IBR welder)

Strengthening of existing joints:This work involves identification of less eroded existing joints, transportation of tools and plants, grinding less eroded joints and strengthening the joints by welding with IBR welder. Charges inclusive of consumables and T&P\"s.
