| 3 | Reconditioning the existing damaged collecting plate, and fixing with line in proper manner in the various fields including consumables, lead, lift, T&P etc., |
| 4 | Cutting and removing the damaged / twisted ESP collecting electrodes (plates) from ESP D field at top side/ bottom side. The dislodged collecting electrodes are to be cut to the required size and removed from ESP field through ESP side manhole door by providing necessary scaffolding arrangements |
| 5 | Replacing of eroded /snapped/ reconditioning/ emitting electrodes (Spike type RSB&RSI)including consumables, lead, lift, T&P etc.,( Emitting electrode will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost) |
| 6 | Replacing of eroded / snapped emitting electrodes ( wire type)(Emitting electrode will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost) |
| 7 | Checking, replacing/reconditioning wornout/ bend shock bar after providing necessary scaffolding arrangements. |
| 8 | leading and lifting the shock bar from ESP 0 mtr to12.5 mtr elevation (1 set shock bar = 70 kgs for without bolt & nut) |
| 9 | Checking, replacing/ reconditioning of worn out plain bearing in CRM and ERM horizontal shafts etc., |
| 10 | Strengthening the damaged/weakened collecting electrodes hook arrangements. (sizes of 500 mm width X 15000 mm Long).(This work involves cutting ‘C’ bracket to the required size, providing necessary supports at the bottom of collecting electrode, cutting and removing the damaged portion in the collecting electrode, grinding and cleaning and fixing the “C\" bracket in the collecting electrode and welding etc., (3mm sheet will be provided by TANGEDCO). |
| 11 | Renewal of shock bar guide plate & Strengthening of baffle plate struture from \"D\" Pass at 14.5 meter elevation including consumables and tools &plants etc. (Required materials will be supplied by TANGEDCO) |
| 12 | Inspection and removing of damaged / hanged baffle plates inside ESP Hoppersin D Pass including hire charges for T&P required, consumables and all labour charges etc., |
| 13 | Checking replacing/ reconditioning wornout pin wheel assembly |
| 14 | Shifting of eroded / damaged ESP D pass internals such as Shockbar, Emitting electrodes, plain bearing, rapping shaftfrom ESP ‘0’ mtrand loading it to the vehicle and devolution stores / MTPS-II. |
