In case of any deficiency, repair as per instructions after consultation with the Chief Engineer. Or make a new one. (2) Cleaning both the Great War type furnaces, repairing the walls and fixing missing nozzles by fitting them and making necessary repairs to the wall between the two furnaces and the rear bridge. (3) CI installed for bagasse feeding in the boiler. If there is a need to change the mouthpiece, carefully remove the roof bricks around the mouthpiece and after replacing the mouthpiece, make it leak proof by installing the roof brick as before. (4) To check the arches of furnace door frames or windows wherever they are installed in the boiler, make necessary repairs to the arches or if they are not repairable, repair them by making new arches. (5) Dismantling of walls required for retubing in the boiler, opening/removing roof and waffle tiles carefully and keeping them safe. Leak proofing by reinstalling the broken walls, roof and waffle tiles after tubing (6) Checking all the walls of the boiler chamber, breaking and rebuilding the bulge/crack walls and locking the walls from inside and outside with chains for strength. Placing the plate. (7) Fixing the flue gas path made inside the boiler as per the drawing of the boiler manufacturer and making the flue path leak proof by repairing wherever tiles/bricks or casting waffles are installed inside the boiler. (8) To make arrangements to protect the boiler drum from direct heat by installing refractories around all doors and windows. (9) Cleaning the ground FD ducting inside the boiler and repairing the walls/leak proofing of the FD duct. (10) Doing necessary waffling by vacuuming the super heater zone of the boiler. (11) To satisfactorily carry out all other masonry works related to off-season repairs. (12) All the debris generated during the said work should be removed from its resources at the designated place., (b) Details of masonry works of M/s IJT Menc 20 TPH Capacity Boiler No. 2. 1) Carefully clean the ash clinker collected on the bricks of the combustion chamber hanging arch and the hanging roof above the furnaces, carefully job the arch and roof, see that there are no cracks in the arch and roof and repair the cracks in the arch and roof. In case of any deficiency, repair or make a new one as per the instructions after discussing with the Chief Engineer. (2) Cleaning both the Great War type muds, repairing the walls and fixing the missing nozzles by fitting them and making necessary repairs to the side wall and rear bed of both the muds. (Do. (3) If there is a need to change the CI mouthpieces installed for feeding the flues in the boiler, carefully remove the roofing bricks on the opposite side of the mouthpiece and after changing the mouthpiece, make it leak proof by installing roofing bricks as before. (4) To repair furnace doors or windows wherever required, or to repair them if they are not repairable. (5) To repair the boiler. Breaking the required wall, keeping it safe by carefully opening/removing the roof and waffle tiles / leak proofing the broken wall, roof and waffle tiles by reinstalling them after retuning (6) Banking all the walls of the chamber of the boiler, Reconstructing the bulge/crack walls and installing locking plates from inside and outside to strengthen the walls. (7) Fixing the flue gas path inside the boiler as per the drawing of the boiler manufacturer and installing tiles wherever inside the boiler. (8) Making arrangements to protect the flue paths from direct heat by installing refractories around the boiler drums where brick or casting baffles are installed. (9) Cleaning the ground FD ducting inside the boiler and repairing the walls/leak proofing of the FD duct. (10) Doing necessary waffling by banking the super heater zone of the boiler. (11) To satisfactorily carry out all other masonry works related to off-season repairs. (12) All the debris generated during the said work should be removed from its resources at the designated place., c) Details of masonry works of M/s Bakau Bull Main 30 TPH Capacity Boiler No. 3 ( (1) To properly clean the walls on each side of the combustion chamber of the boiler and check the condition of the walls. Rebuilding the wall if there are cracks or bulges in the walls. (2) Remodeling the back walls of the combustion chamber as per instructions and fitting vanes and locking plates as per instructions for strengthening the walls. (3) Refurbishment of damaged windows of Bangas spreaders. (4) Banking by cleaning all the walls, points and inspection doors, repairing the repairable ones and making the damaged ones new. (5) Make necessary repairs to the walls by cleaning the under-garwood ducting of the FD fan. (6) To make arrangements to protect all the doors from direct heat by filling castella refractories. (7) Making necessary repairs to both the Siroki Aryans of steam mud drums and making them leak proof. (8) Glass bull/LBR on all headers inside the combustion chamber. After the pad layer, apply castable refractory and do insulation. (9) For retubing in the boiler, it is necessary to break the walls, remove the waffles and after retubing, build the walls as before and install leak proof waffles. (10) To carry out leak-proof repair of waffling of super heater zone of boiler. (11) Banking the flow path of the boiler as per the original manufacturers drawing and making the flow path leak proof by installing all the waffles. (12) To make necessary repairs by banking the underground duct of ID fan. (13) Correcting the height and depth of all waffles as per the drawing. (14) Leak proofing the joints of funt and waffle tile drawers with mortar. (15) Repairing the roof of the boiler and making it leak proof. (16) Leak proofing of all off season masonry works related to boiler. All the masonry repair work of boiler is included in this work. Dumping the debris at the designated place using our own resources.
