    Auction For Installation, Maintenance And Operation Of Sleeping Pods At Lucknow Railway Station Of Lucknow Division. Area Is As Mjentioned In The Site Map. Site Plan Of The Are Is Attached. At The Beginning Of The Contract, The Licensee Will Be Required To Submit The Blueprint To The Railway Administration For Approval Before Physical Execution Of The Work. The Plan Will Be Such That It Does Not Infringes/ Interferes/ Vitiates With The Aesthetics, Passenger Amenities/ Information And Railways Operational & Functional Requirements. The Installation Should Be Done Under The Guidance/ Supervision Of The Station Director/ Cmi, Sse/ Works And Sse/ Electrical In An Aesthetic Manner And Should Not Interfere Or Obstruct View Of Any Existing Display, Railway Signage And Passenger Movement Etc. Bidder Before Participating In The E-Auction Must Carefully Go Through All The Provisions / Terms & Conditions Of E-Auction. The Subject E-Auction Is Governed As Per Railway Board Circulars Viz. Freight Marketing Circular No. 11 Of 2022 And Their Amendments Issued Thereafter. The Standard Conditions Of Contract, Special Conditions For Contract And Additional Special Conditions For Contracts Of Lucknow Division Shall Be Applicable On Contracts Awarded Through E-Auction.
