Important Note:

1. The Amount quoted shall be inclusive of all prevailing taxes and GST.2. Services of TPQA shall be required up to the actual completion of work.3. No extra payment except as quoted by the TPQA agency shall be paid for any other items what so ever in any shape and form.4. The TPQA agency shall quote in only up to decimal of three digits in above mentioned columns.5. TPQA services provider shall inspect the site of work before tendering & inquired himself with condition or any other concerned.6. Payment shall be made after standard deduction i.e. income tax, GST or any other Govt. Taxes as applicable.7. TPQA must follow all statues roles, order norms and procedure laid down by the Govt. of India and has to adhere to conducting norms laid down by the various constitutional and statutory bodies like CAG, CVC etc.8. Quantum ofWork already executed till the date of award will be out of scope from the TPQA i.e. the amount quoted above will be accordingly calculated
