Lowering HDPE pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers and specials into trenches and laying and jointing with cutting and threading to grade and alignment including charges for testing of pipe line with water after the pipes are laid and jointed etc.,complete complying with std specifications - 140 mm PN-8

Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Testing of pipes for water supply with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.
