Dump Store. 2 (a) 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE Cable 3 (b) 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE Cable 4 (c) 11 KV RING MAIN UNIT for up to load 3000 KVA 5 (d) TF 250 KVA 6 (e) ABC 3.5x120 sq.mm. 7 (h) 11 KV Pin Insulator with GI Pin 8 (i) 11 KV Polymeric Disc Insulator With Fitting 9 (j) 11 KV CABLE JOINTING KIT SUITABLE FOR 3X120 SQMM OUT DOOR 10 (k) 11 KV CABLE JOINTING KIT SUITABLE FOR 3X120 SQMM IN DOOR 11 (l) Weasel Conductor 12 (m) Earthing complete for pole 13 (n) LT PVC 1x400 sq.mm. 14 (o) 33 KV Control and relay pannel for Double Transformer 15 (p) ST Pole 11 MTR Long 16 (q) G.I. wire 8 SWG 17 (r) Other Line material. 18 Dragging of ST/PCC Pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of 11 KV 11 / 8.5 Mtr Long ST/PCC Pole with, fixing of necessary item, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11 KV Pin insulator, Guarding angle (1.8 mm 65x65x6) with Nut & Bolts it ramming as per RESPO Specification. (Only Pole will be Provided by the Department). 19 Dragging of ST/PCC Pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC Line on 8.5 Mtr Long PCC Pole by providing of necessary eye hook/LT shackle insulator with clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESSPO Specification. Only pole will by provided by the Department. 20 Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department. 21 Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185/ sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 22 Earthing of poles as per RESPO norms (All the Materials Supplied by the department) 23 Chemical type earthing (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor) 24 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor. 25 Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S & Distribution box shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. 26 Construction Structure with Grouting Suitable for fitting of 4 no. Tailless fuse unit made by MS Channel With Top Covered by MS/GI sheet in Tringle Shape 27 Laying of3X70/3x120/3x185/3.5X150/3.5X240 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE / LT Al XLPE cable by manual method as per RESPO Norms. Only cable supplied by Department. 28 Laying of3X70/3x120/3x185/3.5X150/3.5X240 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE / LT Al XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only cable supplied by Department. 29 Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3x95/3x120/3.5x120 sq.mm)Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt. 30 Fixing and laying of LT PVC Cable 1x240 / 1x400 sq.mm as per RESPO Norms Only Pvc cable provided by department. 31 Laying stringing & sagging of 3 phase 3wire 11 KV New line on ACSR weasal conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material except ACSR weasal conductor shall be supplied by the contractor. 32 Supply and fixing of copper L-piece for 250 KVA TF (62x225x12 MM) as per RESPO Norms 33 Supply and fixing of copper Alluminium Lug for 250 KVA TF (400sqmm) as per RESPO Norms 34 Supply and fixing of Henely Type Tailless Fuse unit 500 Amp as per RESPO Norms 35 Supply and fixing of Porceline 500 Amp O/G Type with caller suitable for 500 Amp. Henely Type Tailless Fuse Unit 36 Supply and Fixing Copper Busbar Strip 500 Amp 810x50x6 37 Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 6 Dia with clamp and nut bolt as per RESPO Norms 38 Supply and Installation of Control cable for 33 KV Control and relay pannel 39 Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250KVAT/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor. 40 Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 11 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.) 41 Fixing OUTDOOR / INDOOR END TERMINATION JOINTING KIT FOR 11 KV 3X120 SQMM XLPE CABLE 42 Installation of RMU with suitable structure (Only 11 KV RMU unit, XLPE Cable, O/D & I/D cable box shall be provided by the department) 43 Installation New 33 KV Control and Relay pannel for double transformer (Only 33 KV Control and relay shall be provided by the department) 44 G.S.T.Extra as per rules.
