| 1 | Hiring of operator/reception staff for receiving online/offline complaints and cummunicate it to field staff i.e pump operator and helper and maintaining records of complaints. |
| 2 | Hiring of 10 HP pump and generator with diesel, operator, helper electric cable, drain pipe hiring length of 300m (approx.) with appropriate dia etc. complete to drain flooded water in nearby drain/outfall. |

| 4 | Conditions: 1 Minimum 2 pumps is required at site to flood rain water, nothing extra will be paid for that.2 If any complaint is found unattended during any shift by operator/reception staff, recovery amounting to Rs. 2438/- will be made for that shift.3 If any complaint is found unattended during any shift by pump operator & helper at field, recovery amounting to Rs. 9634/- will be made for that shift.4 Flex board will be fixed at locations as desired by Engineer-in-charge, nothing extra will be paid for that. |
