This job also includes opening and fixing of jumpers All man power, T&P and required material will be arrange by contractor at his own cost for satisfactorily completion of work. |
| 6 | Centrifuging of complete transformer oil of 40MVA T/F-I by connecting centrifuging pipe, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV Value periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer, with all associated work to complete the work satisfactorily. All man power, T&P and required material will be arrange by contractor at his own cost. |
| 7 | Carriage and Shifting of oil tank 20KL including loading at 220 KV Substation Malwan and unloading at working site of 132 KV Substation Bindki and after completion of work above oil tank must be Carriage and shifted to 220 KV Substation Malwan Store. |
| 8 | Testing of centrifuge T/F oil (DGA, PPM, BDV) of 40 MVA-II at 132 KV Substation Malwan from approvel NABL Lab. |
| 9 | Overhauling after rewinding of burnt motor of 3-phase, 415 V, 50Hz cooling fans of 40 MVA T/F-I & II at 132 KV S/S Bindki under ETD- Fatehpur by suitable size of good quality super enamelled copper wire, for strengthening of motor shaft, replacement of all 7 Nos. damaged bearing of T/F cooling fan by new one as per requirement. This job also includes dismantling, Carriage, Erection and proper connection of cooling fan at respective site. All man power, T&P and required material will be arrange by contractor at his own cost for satisfactorily completion of work. |
