Removal of damaged part of neck/weak umbrella of quad sets bodies and repairing in place with the new old plate provided. The neck shell of the condenser of quad sets was made new with a new plate, fitted in place and conducted a successful vacuum trial. Repairing weak shell of quad condenser Repairing the condenser neck water spray jet box of old quad sets by making a plate. To carry out permanent repair of centrifugal type valve of new/old quad set, replace/screw the loose part inside the valve with new/old available plate and give satisfactory trial.
