Disposal of moorum/building rubbish / malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cost of charge to be paid to MCD for dumping of various waste material in their site. (Note: Payment will be made on the basis of invoice/bill/receipt of dumping ground).

Note:1) Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT, DPCC orders, and or any other govt. authority enforcing environmental and pollution control orders and if any fine/penalty/challan is imposed by any government agency, the cost of the same shall be solely borne by the contractor. 2) Agency will take precautionary measures to avoid dust pollution, air pollution as per NGT condition.3) The work can be terminated at any time as per requirement.4) All arrangement shall be made by the bidder including labour and T&P, DDA will not be responsible for any damage/loss/theft etc.5) Any challan issued by Government of India/Govt. of NCT Delhi shall be borne by the contractor and DDA will not claim anything on this account.6) If agency fails to supply their services penalty of Rs. 5,000/- per day will be imposed.
