The Minimum reserve price put to the tender for operation and maintenance of the project is INR 6,03,78,409, /- (Indian Rupees Six Crores Three Lakhs seventy-eight Thousand four Hundred and nine Only) per annum. The Minimum Reserve Price comprises of Rental fees for Convention Block & Hotel block i.e. INR 4,08,31,008 (Indian Rupees four Crores eight Lakh Thirty one Thousand and eight) i.e. 68% of the Total Rental fees and INR 1,95,47,401 (Indian Rupees One Crore Ninety-five Lakhs forty-Seven Thousand and one) i.e. 32% of the Total Rental fees respectively. The bidder is required to quote a Single Price Quote inclusive of Annual Rental Fees for both the blocks (Convention Block & Hotel Block) and shall quote its price above the minimum reserve price. In case, the price quoted by the bidder is found less than the minimum reserve price as mentioned above, their bid shall liable to be rejected and authority shall have the right to forfeit the EMD of such bidder.
