Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam surface in area not exc. 400 sqm (exc 50mm but n.exc.100mm deep)

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of sand/lime stone,flint or quartzing of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of newly WBM/ Old Road surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the celaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying by providing evenly a priming/tack coat wuth bitumenous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 10 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam mixed with paving bitumen VG-30 @4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing surfaces by brushing in Black top with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at the rate 05 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen VG-30content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil.grese and foreign materials etc and applying 2.0mm thick road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by filly/semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads driven by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & FSupply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed. colour :Red/Amber/Green

S& F yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS material to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding procedure of size 350mm length and width of 263 mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200gms complete all as specified and directed.
