Tender For Job Work Of Civil Masonry Work In Old Boiler For Season 2024-25, To dismantle and install new side wall tubes of Boiler No.1, dismantle the civil related wall as per requirement and after installing the tubes, make them with new fire bricks/castable etc. material. To dismantle and install new screen tubes of Boiler No. 1, dismantle the civil related wall as per requirement and after installing the tubes, make new ones with new phaser bricks/castable etc. material. For dismantling and installing new roof tubes of Boiler No. 2, dismantling the related civil roof and after installing the tubes, making a leak proof roof with new / old fire bricks / castable silicate lock etc. For installation of super heater coil of Boiler No. 2, dismantling of civil related roof/wall etc. as per requirement and after installation and trial of coil, making it leak proof with new fire bricks/castable etc. To dismantle and install new drum to drum (rear back tube) tubes of boiler no.3, dismantle the related baffle, wall and after installation of the tubes, make them leak proof with new/old fire bricks/castable etc. Repairing all the furnaces of Boiler No. 1, 2 and 3 as per requirement. To complete all the old boilers (1, 2 and 3) doors, windows, roof, arch, baffle wall and other civil masonry works found during checking on time and to put all the debris at the directed place.
