    Tender For Renovation of 4Nos. LRS of Advance make at Pragati Vihar SPS.- 1 I. Renovation/servicing of 450KW Advance make LRS installed at Pragati Vihar SPS(2Nos.) Supply of Moving electrode contact 2 Supply ofFixed electrode contact 3 Supply of Power Contactor for shorting 4 Supply of Limit switch with roller action for start & run. 5 Supply of MS Gear Big 6 Supply of MS Chain with Garari 7 II. Renovation/servicing of 225KWAdvance make LRS installed at PragatiVihar SPS(2Nos.) Supply of Moving electrode contact 8 Supply of Fixed electrode contact 9 Supply of Bus Bar Set for S/C 10 Supply of Power Contactor for shorting 11 Supply of Auxiliary contact block with 2NO+2NC Block 12 Supply of Geared pilot motor 0.5 13 Supply of Copper wire 1.5sq mm 5 core 14 PARTB(JOB WORK) Dismantling of existing LRS damage parts, cleaning of starter tank and paint inside tank after repair and overhauling of LR starter. Replacement of defective/overheated spare parts from starter taping of all i/c aluminum cable joint properly and replacement of thimble if required and proper greasing of movable parts as required. Changing of water in LRS, mixing of chemical solution for proper resistance Restoration, rectification and matching of all control wiring for main motor with necessary connection and testing the same at site ON LOAD 15 Atomization of LRS by laying of control copper wire & making connection with existing circuit breaker auxiliary contact block for auto start of LRS from breaker
