Tender for ratanpura mustafabad road to gadha gram CC road, 1 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in oridinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5 M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lifts and 30 M lead,including its loading, unloading, carriage and all labour andT&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M distance as directed by E-in-Charge 2 W.B.M. G-2 (45-63 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 W.B.M. G-3 (22.4-53 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Priming Coat-Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 gradeusing bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness by manual means composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumenbitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coatas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 7 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 8 Brick on edge lining on both side of road with M-150 bricks laid with mud mortar including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (S.I. No. 765) 9 Earth work Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (l0an, clay $ sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30 cm including filling, watering and raming of excavated earthin tothe trenches or in the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the eng. including upto a distace of 30 mtr from foundation. As per S.I.No. 251 10 Concrete with 40mm gauge approved Stone ballast. C/sand of in 12:6:1 in foundation including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I. No. 273 11 Class 150 sub class A brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of aii matarials , labour and T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work As Per S.I. No.-305 12 Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per SI N 574 13 P.C.C. with 1:2:4 cement , coarse sand & 20 mm size stone grite for wearing coat including supply of all materilas T & P etc. Required for proper completion of work.As per S.I.No.279(B) 14 Laying Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 (burried conduits) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary work in head wall and parapets of 450mm dia. 15 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8.0cm (3) wide and 12cm (4.5)deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing ramming the excavated earth as directed by the E/I as per SI No 765 16 Supplying & Fixing of retro reflective sign board with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (HIP type IV) as per approved design & drawing. Retro Reflective (HIP type IV) sign board warranty upto 7 years. Rate includes fabrication, supply of materials, transportation and erection of the signage structure for proper completion of work.
