| 2 | Supply and pouring sodium hypochlorite in factory sealed HDPE container (40 to 50 Ltrs each) having, chlorine concentration level not less than 65% complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Testing of Sewage Treated water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report before and after treatment of water. Testing should be done from Govt approved laboratory. Test report indicates the following parameters :-(a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Note: Testing to be done in 1st week of every month. |
| 4 | Annual Cleaning of Oil & Grease Strap tank, Equilization tank, CCT Tank, sludge tank & Treated water tank of 250 KLPD Plant completeall as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods:- (i)Removing all the existing water from the tank through tankers. (ii) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually at a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs. (iiI)Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge. (iii)Labour and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by thesewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the PCB. (iv) All Safety measures to be taken by the contractor for doing the cleaning. |

| 6 | M&L for Cleaning of sludge chamber of 250KLPD Sewage treatment plant which includes removing of dry sludge and suction of muddy water.The work also includes scrubbing of internal surfaces and cleaning of walls, floors & ceilingwhich dislodges the layers of dirt, funges struck on its surface and applying Anti-bacterial sterlization spray to walls, floors & ceiling external surfaces of reservoirs and also remove all masses,algae,dirtby using high pressure water jet. Disposal of sludge to be done outside the station location and as per the guidelines of Govt of India.Note : (a) If the contractor fail to clean the sludge in every 1st week of the month the penality of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from RAR/Final Bill being a Hygiene and sanitation point.(b) The retrieved sludge quantity will be charged @ Rs 1 per kg by the contractor at the time of RAR/Final Bill(c) Certificate be provided by the contractor for safely disposal of sludge. |
