Repair, Maintenance Replacement Of Security Lights, Street Lights, Floodlights, Timer Panels, Cables And Connected Items At Tech Area At Af Stn Naliya-Excavationin trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cablecomplete all as specified and directed. 2 Taking out LT UG cables of any size by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing bricks or PCC cover of any size complete all as specified and directedNOTE:- (i) Excavation, Joints & Jointing materials, new cable, additional bricks/PCC Covers, sand shall be measured & paid for separately. 3 Relaying old serviceable under ground LT cable of any size obtainedfrom item 2 above complete all as specified and directed 4 Supply and lay, jointing and testing in repairs/replacement of LT cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty with multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe fixed to pole complete all as specified and directedNote:Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately. 5 Material and labour for river bed sand used in trenches/ ducts 08 cm under cable and 15 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed 6 Laying onlyserviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, of250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm obtainedfrom trenches, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding10 mm over for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding10mm over for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 8 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed 9 Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kitstraight through type heat shrinkable suitable for cable PVC /XLPEinsulated armoured heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade LT cable of size 3.5/4core 16 to 50 sqmmand including taking out cable from faulty portion in any situation/position complete all as specified and directed. 11 All as per srl item No 10 here-in-before but size 3.5 core 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and laying in repair galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, pipesof50 mm bore ,fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Dismantling / taking down in repairs the street light / security lights of any capacity & description from existing LT pole/walls at any height and refixingthe fittings in existing / another location after repair work complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts / accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.(ii)Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items,or any other equipment for repair of street light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be incl in respective items 14 S&F in repairs brackets for street light fittingmade outof 32 mm dia G.I. Note- Rate of GI Pipe, clamps, flat and nut bolts inclusive in item rate. 15 S&F in repairs Flexible PVC insulatedmulticore FR PVC sheathed multistrandedcopper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm x 3 corefor voltage grade up to 1100 V conforming to IS 694 : 2010for connection oflight fittingfrom junction box orfrom over head conductorsto fittingcomplete all as specified and as directed.Note : PVC Conduit shall be measuerd and paid seperately under respective item. 16 S&F in repairservice wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable weather proof multi stranded with aluminum conductor of size 2 core 6.0 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for Cutting under road/PCC path and passing GI pipe for cable protection and making good as existing complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 100 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of auto /manual street light timer nature switch weather proof enclosure made out of UV stabilized, FR grade special molding compound, rust proof, electric sock proof, vermin proof outdoor pole mountable withmounting bracket made out of GI and nut, bolts, washers including cable glands, openable door with 08kW three phase load with Power contactors 3nos as incoming and outgoing with MCB rating of 32 Amps/phase and circuit wiring of min 16 sqmm including taking down existing switch complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply and fixing in repair/replacement for kiosk box for luminaries, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE /FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece molded andcover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminum TPNbus bar of 20 Amps of minimum size 300x250x150mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5mm with necessary nuts, washer including MCB 16 Amps for out going complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Rate of TPN bus bar and MS clamp inclusive in item rate. 24 Supply and fixing in repair LED Aviation light at overhead tank/Signal tower/Telephone tower or any high rise buildings at anylocation of Red colour, 230V AC complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and fixing in repair LED driver 45/48W 1500mA suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Supply and fixing in repair LED driver 72W/80W 2600mA suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Supply and fixing in repair LED driver 100W,2600mA suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Supply and fixing in repair LED driver 150/240W3000mA suitable for 240 watt LED light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Material and labour for maintenance/repair of highmast light of height upto 16 mtr. after safely lowering down head frame lantern carriage accomodating flood lights. Greasing and adequate tightening of all movable parts of base section i.emotor chain, sprockets, shaft of 3 phase elect wintch motor, steel wire rope after removing all rust/stain over surface of equipments by stain remover. Checking all electrical connections of feeder pillar box and replacing defective flood lights, drivers, switchgears, lugs etc before liftinglantern carriage frame assembly in its initial position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective flood lights/drivers shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii)Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items,or any other equipment for repair of high mast light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same to be incl in job itself. (iii) Contractor will ensure that periodical check to be done for making good all defects by replacing nuts/bolts/PVC connection etc and keep the light fitting in working condition through out the period of contract 30 Trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, up to 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meterof HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directedand clearance of HT/LT pole and sub station premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)Trimming of all branches oftrees falling under one span between two poleshall be considered as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P, safety equipments manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishappening occurred due to negligence of safety aspects. 31 Disconnecting and taking down security light fitting, brackets from poles of any height and shifting the fitting in other pole by using old brackets and reconnecting the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate of Nut, bolts if required will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. Service wire will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. 32 Material and labour for preparation and painting 04 nos band / strips with blue and white paint alternately all around the HT/LT/street light pole with synthetic enamel paint at a distance of 30 cm and painting both side for numbering with black enamelled paint and writing LT/ PL No on both side of pole with white enamelled paint ofcomplete all as specified and directed .
