    Tender For Fabrication, Testing and Supply of of Complete Economiser Coil for Boiler of Unit No. 11 STPS,Sarni of 250MW- 1 Complete Economiser Coil for 250 MW BHEL make Boiler of Unit No. 11, STPS, Sarni. 2 Fabrication, Testing and Supply of Economiser single coils module - mark 01(Only) consist of Upper & lower bank single coils module (to be deliver in 2 compartment) made out of Cold Drawn Seamless Carbon Steel Boiler Tubes Tube Size: 44.5 mm OD X 5.6 mm ThicknessMaterial – Carbon Steel confirming to SA210 Gr. CBanks – 2 (Upper and Lower Bank)Longitudinal Pitch (SL)-130 mmTransverse Pitch (ST)- 85 mm Maximum Development Length (MDL) of Approx.239.5 MTRS. Long Per module along with half round protection shield for top 2 tubes of each bank made out of 2 mm thick plate of SS 304, Complete with 6 & 12 mm thick panto support - 3 nos. per set made out of SA 387 Gr. 12 CL2, 3 mm thick Cassette baffle made out of SS 304 at both ends and for both banks. 3 Fabrication, Testing and Supply of Economiser double coils module - Mark 02 To 21 & 158 To 177 consist of Upper & lower bank double coils module (to be deliver in 2 compartment) made out of Cold Drawn Seamless Carbon Steel Boiler Tubes Tube Size: 44.5 mm OD X 5.6 mm ThicknessMaterial – Carbon Steel confirming to SA210 Gr.
