| 3 | Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30)atthe rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surfacelaying bituminouspremix bituminoussemi dense concrete30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5%binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with tendem vibratory roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. | 4 | Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description not exc 10cm width/ girth and not less than 2.50mm thickness on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° celsius at the time of laying including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing solar road stud having 3 LED\"s of colours red / yellow / blue / green to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tought pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with built in stem nail 37x37x55mm long for fixing with epoxy. LED\"s solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours by hammering CAT part No 03-01, RSBN, including removal of old unserviceable stud. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing aluminium body cat eye\"s dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100mmx100mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with steel zinc pasted nails of dia 12 mm and of length 120mm by hammering or epoxy resign including removal of old unserviceable stud. |
