Surveying, Geo-Technical investigation, Planning, Designing, Construction and Commissioning of all the Civil & Electro-Mechanical Works of 8.71 MLD Raw Water Intake Jetty (Fixed type),with suitable pile foundation, havingallowance for water withdrawal of at least 8.71 MLD (Approx.- 185 m3/hr, with 20 Hrs Pumping) including mounted Pump House (Min 100 sqm ),with 3.0 meter width R.C.C. Gangway of suitable length (Length to be fixed by necessary Investigation report), 400 KVA Electrical H.T. Sub-Station (Min 200 sqm)with land filling, boundary wall with gate, internal road, surface drain, guard room, retaining wall, approach road, river bank protection etc.as per site location, including supplying & laying of 15.08 Km Raw water Rising main from Intake to WTP with all necessary fittings& valves, Supplying and laying of 9.31 Km Clear Water Rising main (DI-K9) of different diameter with all necessary fittings& valves from WTP To OHRs Location, Pipe Carrying bridges, Jack Pushing works, permanent road restoration works for both raw & clear water rising main work & 7 MLD Capacity conventional type Surface Water Treatment Plant (Approx.– 360 M3/hr.) (20 hours operation) With tolerance of 25% over loading & with necessary civil, electrical (according to I/E rules), Construction ofInlet well, Parshall flume, Flash mixer, Chemical House, Clariflocculator, RapidGravityFilters withunderdrainagesystem,connectingpipes andchannels,Clearwater Reservoir of suitable volume,Back-washwater Tank,Sludgesump-cum-pump house,Sludge lagoon, Sub-station building (Min 200 sqm) and Clear Water Pump House (Min 100 sq.m) along with land filling, boundary wall, internal road, surface drain,retaining wall, approach road etc.as per site location and administrative building(for accommodating office, laboratory, SCADA room, conference room etc.), staffquarter, guard room and chemical store room& all other allied works along with 630 KVA substation (Civil & Electromechanical work & others, if any), utility shifting as and when necesary& all other allied works at Intake site, WTP site & at other locations as per direction of E.I.C. including 3 months trial run and necessary training of maintenance staff & thereafter (subsequently) 5 (Five) year operation and maintenance ofIntake & WTP on turnkey basis under AMRUT-2.0. for Raghunathpur Municipality.
