| 1 | Item No.1 - Lumpsum rate for carry out the work of Survey, Investigation and Design the ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) having the capacity of 200 litres per day generating from the existing Laboratory of Chennai Port Authority Hospital.1) Primary Treatment: Equalization, Neutralization, precipitation and clarification,2) Secondary Treatment: High rate aerobic biological treatment, secondary settling tank,3) Tertiary Treatment: Pressure Filtration, Disinfection and disposal to drain/sewer Supplying and installing all necessary equipment / instruments approved by B/TNPCB/NABL and testing the treated water quality should meet out the standard prescribed in Guidelines for Management of Healthcare Waste as per Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016.4) The rates including all treatments, all materials, labour, tools, etc. and providing of collection tank (PP tank), Raw effluent transfer Pump (SS- 2Nos), Settling tank with conical option- MS with agitator, Clear water tank (PP tank) , Filter Feed Pump (2 Nos.), Pressure Sand filter, Activated carbon filter, UV sterilisation and discharging facilities , etc.,.5) The rates including Providing and construction of Colour coated GI sheet shed ( not less than 3.0m x 3.0m size or as directed at site) with 0.47mmthick for side walls, Top Roofing over the ETP including providing of standard size window/ doors with locks steel structural member MS Angles/ MS channels, all labour, materials, installation of equipments, collection tank, pumps, repair/ relaying of demolished floor tiles if any, laying of HDPE pipe lines, PVC pipes, GI Pipe lines, connection from 3 No.of points/ places in the laboratory premises and testing charges and transportation charges for instruments/ equipment, including demolishing of Brick wall, flooring, laying of required electrical cable from termination to ETP demolition of existing ETP available in Hospital premises,etcNote: The Treatment process shall be complied with the Guidelines for Management of Healthcare Waste as per Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016 published by theCentral Pollution Control Board (CPCB), MoEF & CC and Directorate of General Health Services, MoH & FW. |
