Motor TanDelta test to be included in QAP and test result should be as follow: 1.1 Tan Delta values should be less than 3%. 1.2 Delta Tan Delta value should be less than 0.6%. 1.3 Tan Delta tip-up value should be less than 1%. 2. Motor method of starting is DOL. And cooling method IC 611. 3. Motor starts with pump discharge valve in open condition. Also during running it draws FLA. 4. Motor is required for one-to-one replacement of existing motor with same performance data and dimensions of existing motor. 5. Existing motor parameters are Tmax/Tn = 2.76, Tst/Tn = 1.08, Rotor moment of inertia is 14 kg*m2. New motor must be designed considering this. 6. Motor Main terminal box and Star point terminal box must be of same dimension and of same orientation as per existing motor. 7. Existing motor TS Curve is not available and vendor can visit site to study existing motor details and parameters. 8. Atmospheric temperature to be considered 50 0C and Motor temperature rise should be >=90 0C above atmospheric temperature of 50 0C. 9. Motor needs to be suitable for Bidirectional rotation. 10. Motor must have minimum 3 cold start and 2 hot starts. 11. For stator winding 6 no duplex RTDs and for bearing 2 no Duplex RTDs to be provided. 12. One Local gauge must be there for DE <(>&<)> NDE bearing. 13. Inspection window to be provided for Motor winding inspection. 14. Bearing must be of SKF or FAG only. Motor GAD shoud be as per existing motor Motor terminal box diamention as per existing motor. I
