Oil Leakage problem to be rectified inside the head stoke gear box body chuck inching function and brake problem. Machine Bed Bed Case hardening required with grind finish as per OEM Standard. Exisiting feed shaft bend need to be changed also provide both side k/w for future. Feed shaft Clamping arrangment to be overhauling Spindle main Electrical motor Motor bearing checking, lubrication if any part not work, need to be replaced Replace all carbon brush and provide 02 nos spares Replace slip ring of the motor rotor Carriage All Bushes, wedges, pair of half nut are to be replaced inside carriage assembly Rack and pinion to be repaired or replaced and proper aligned.
