15 Carefully & safely shifting of 33KV VCB 750MVA-1250A from outside to inside the switchgear room at the place of new/ removed VCBs and erection/Installation of 33KV VCBs after fixing of anchor GI nuts & bolts of proper size for completion of energisation work by providing required fixing material, as per RESPO/Drawing Norms, and as per direction of site incharge. 16 Carefully & safely shifting of 11KV outgoing VCB from outside to inside the switchgear room at the place of removed VCB and erection/Installation of 11KV bus-cuplor VCB Pannel after fixing of anchor GI nuts & bolts of proper size for completion of energisation work by providing required fixing material, as per RESPO/Drawing Norms, and as per direction of site incharge. 17 Erection/Installation of 33KV Control Pannel double transformers after fixing of anchor GI nuts & bolts of proper size for completion of work by providing required material, as per RESPO/Drawing Norms , and as per direction of site incharge. 18 Pipe size 32 mm dia… into the ground up to water level 120 fit. With the lower end of solid copper cone approx. 225mm long and 750 gm. in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the M.S. earth strip for T/F neutral connection, the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support, as per RESPO/Norms and as per direction of site incharge. 41 Earthing of supports with MS earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connection below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. wire & earthing lugs as per RESPO Drawing/Norms by providing proper size nuts & bolts., and as per direction of site incharge. 42 Construction of T/F plinth suitable for 33KV VCBas per drawing, cc work in foundation in ratio 1:4:8 (Cement, Sand & Brick ballast). Ist class brick work in side walls cc ratio of 1:4 (cement & fine sand). 12mm thick plaster in ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand). The RCC work on top of plinth in ratio 1:2:4 after duly filling of brick ballast inside the plinth & ramming the same, including cost of all material & labour and as per direction of site incharge. 43 Grouting of structure in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40mm brick ballast) Grouting will be done as per sanctioned estimate/RESPO Norms, with mufting as per drawing, work includes back filling & proper ramming by providing all required grouting materials., and as per direction of site incharge. 44 Providing and installation of cooling fan of best quality as per direction of site incharge. 45 Providing and installation of Fan Exuast of best quality as per direction of site incharge. 46 Dismantling work and Carriage of old and jarjar 11KVVCB from 33/11KV Sub-Station/ site of work to Electricity store center, Hapur with loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road. 47 Dismantling work and carriage of old and jarjar 33KV VCB from 33/11KV Sub-Station/ site of work to Electricity store center, Hapur with loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road. 48 Dismantling work and carriage ofold and jarjar scrap 11KV XLPE Cable-1500Kg., and Iron scrap-100Kg, from 33/11KV Sub-Station to Electricity store center, Hapur with loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road. 49 Dismantling work and carriage ofold and jarjar 33KV Bus-Isolator, from 33/11KV Sub-Station to Electricity store center, Hapur with loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road. 50 Dismantling work and carriage of old and jarjar scrap Battery/charger set from 33/11KV Sub-Station/ site of work to Electricity store center, Hapur with loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road. 51 Jumpering and line energisation work properly as per RESPO/Norms.
