| 1 | Maintenance, servicing and testing of split type/window type AC, capacity upto1.50/2 tons, any make, by cleaning cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing of dust from machines/air filters, checking and decarbonising all electric system oiling/greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration and leakage in the equipment including checking/repair to inter locking device for winter/summer to ensure cutting off of compressor/heating in case of failure of blower motor including taking down and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Cost of minor repair, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, rubber mounting pads of compressor etc, transportation of equipment to workshop and back is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. |
| 2 | Supply and fix in replacement, new compressor for split type / window type AC 1.5 Ton capacity including disconnecting, opening up, taking out burnt compressor by cutting/opening the pipe connections, fixing in position, reassembling, testing and commissioning including gas & oil charging after flushing the line with CO2 gas to avoid trapping the water vapour ensuring leak proof system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Compressor shall be tested to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and test results recorded and kept on charge. |
