Long 7 Jointing Kit ST 3x120 sq.mm. 8 Earthing Rod 9 11 KV Pin with GI Pin 10 Top Chanel 11 Dropper Chanel 12 Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole, insulator and centralized material will be Provided by the Department. 13 Dragging of ST Pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of 11 KV 11/9 Mtr Long ST Pole with, fixingof necessary item, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11 KV Pin insulator, Guarding angle (1.8 mm 65x65x6) with Nut & boltsits ramming as per RESSPO Specification.Only Pole, insulator and centralized material will be Provided by the Department. 14 Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. All material except earthing wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 15 Hanging of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x120 sq.mm. Only XLPE cable provided by department. 16 Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. 17 Construction ofmasonry/metallic type distribution pillar of size 1x1.5x2.5 mtr. with supply & fixing of fabricated 4 nos. doors (2ft.x4ft.) made of BP sheet of 18 SWG with locking arrangement, 2 Nos. Straight MS angle 50x50x6mm (1800 mm long) 2 nos. 500 Amp, 3 Nos. 300 Amp Henley Type Tailless Fuse Unit, 3 Nos copper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. Alum busbar 1000x50x6 mm including all civil material required for work. All material shall be supplied by contractor. 18 Supply and fixing of Copper L piece as per RESPO Norms. 19 Supply and fixing of Allu Lug 630 sq.mm. as per RESPO Norms. 20 Supply and fixing of Holding Clamp as per RESPO Norms. 21 Fixing of 1x630 sq.mm. Lead. Lead will be provided by department. 22 GST Extra as per Rules
